SkinEnvie is a GP-led aesthetic clinic with a difference. We have deployed a safe, confidential and holistic approach to aesthetics that care for both the body and mind.
Our cosmetic service aims to deliver that natural youthful look; our laser therapies take care of minor skin blemishes, unwanted hair and could rejuvenate the skin; our reflexology services relaxes, re-energises and invigorates the body; and finally our talking therapies take care of the mind.
Safety is paramount to us, hence all our cosmetic injections are only carried out by aesthetically trained GPs who are equipped with the skills to deal with any complications promptly. Our doctors are members of the Aesthetic Complications Expert (ACE) Group.
We take confidentiality seriously. We therefore use NHS-standard patient management software for all our clinical records.

Dr Iqbal Khan
Managing Director
Dr Khan is a GP who also trained in the Calderdale and Huddersfield GP training scheme.
He has more than 15 years of experience working as doctor in various specialities.
His special interest s are cardiology and GP aesthetics. He is a Principal GP in the NHS.
Samantha Barnsley
Counsellor, Member MBACP
Samantha has worked as a counsellor since 2012 and worked as a Mental Health Support worker, group facilitator and a Mentor for offenders prior to this. Since qualifying, Samantha worked for an EAP providing counselling, assessments, advice and support to employees from a Solution-focused framework on a short-term basis. Also, teach Counselling skills and theory to Counselling and Psychology undergraduates and a member of the BACP and AFT
Qamar Akhtar
Pharmaceutical and Aesthetic Practitioner(MPharm)
Qamar Akhtar is a registered Pharmacist (MPharm) and Independent Prescriber (IP). She is trained in laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Yag Laser Technology. Qamar has a keen interest in aesthetics and has completed the Harley Academy training on the use of Botulinum Toxin Type A and Dermal Filler. Qamar is a Pharmacist with a passion and commitment to her role, keeping abreast of new developments, techniques and skills in aesthetics and providing the right treatment tailored to each client.
Dr Livingstone Solomon
Clinical Director
(MBBS, MRCS, MRCGP, PgDip HSS)
Dr. Solomon is a GP who trained in the Calderdale and Huddersfield (Pennine) training scheme. He was a registrar in general surgery before qualifying as a GP. He has a postgraduate diploma in Health and Social Care Management from the University of Bradford.
His interests are minor surgery, GP aesthetics, and healthcare management. He also works as a part-time GP in the NHS. DR.Solomon has been trained by leading Aesthetic Centre in Harley Street, London
Dawn Lewis
Clinic Manager
Dawn has over 20 years experience in both the NHS and private practice. She has Diploma in Clinical Practice Management. She is an experienced phlebotomist and phlebotomy trainer (City & Guilds training adults). She is currently undertaking a diploma in hypnotherapy
Lynda Hayton
Podiatrist: BSc (Hons) MChS (Member HCPC)
Lynda is our Podiatrist with 7 years experience in the NHS, providing you with a high standard of complete Chiropody/Podiatry services covering all complaints concerning your feet at her regular all day Monday ground floor clinic. She is a fully qualified member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists, and is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Angela Dalgeish
(Holistic Therapist and Reflexologist, Member FHT and AOR)
Angela is passionate Holistic Therapist. She holds Level 3 Diplomas in Holistic therapy, Reflexology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Swedish and Aromatic Massage. Prior to becoming a holistic therapist, Angela worked in a fast-paced sales environment and understands the negative impact stress can have on your body and mind. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies and also a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Independence House is through the first left entrance on Holly Bank Road just off Halifax Road. SkinEnvie Medical Aesthetics is on the Ground floor of the New-wing.
Parking is free and situated just in front of the entrance in Lots 52 – 58
The main entrance into the New-Wing is on the lower ground floor through the double doors just beside the above parking lots. Just press the buzzer to be let in. Once in the hallway, you can come up the flight of stairs or take the lift to the ground floor.
